Our beloved dog Charlie needs some wheels!

Our beautiful Welsh sheep dog Charlie desperately needs some wheels. He is suffering from the sudden onset of ‘Vestibular disease’. The best way to describe it in human terms is it is like Vertigo. He’s extremely dizzy all the time.
Initially he couldn’t stand at all. Over the past few days we have seen some improvement, in motivation and ability. He can stand and hold his weight if assisted to his feet. He can also take a few steps with support assistance. But it is exhausting for him and unaided, he falls over and then can’t get up again without help.
You can see that he wants to get up, he wants to walk but the dizziness is stopping him.
We have been assured that this condition looks far worse than it is and that he will recover but it could be anything between a week or 2, to a few months. At the moment, it’s 2 steps forward and 1 back. It’s been suggested that he would greatly benefit from some wheels. They would support his body and give him the ability to get about and do dog stuff independently. Very important for his recovery. I should also add, that Charlie has bad arthritis in his lower back, which on its own was causing him to sometimes stumble and fall, so wheels will support him in this area too.
Decent Wheels however are expensive, a case of you get what you pay for, I have researched and found some refurbished at a greatly reduced price. But with vet fees they are beyond my means at the moment.
Please help our boy regain some independence and speed up his recovery.
Once he has recovered sufficiently, I am sure I can pass the wheels on to another in need.
Thankyou
