Our beloved mother Pang Fang Xiong

Our mother Pang has a beautiful soul. She is such a selfless and warm hearted individual;  always willing to extend a helping hand wherever she goes. Her bright smile greeted everyone she met and her words expressed nothing but kindness. My mother spent her whole life working hard and sacrificing for everyone around her: family, friends, cousins, in-laws. She graciously cared for all her for children, whom she loved unconditionally.  Sadly, on November 11, she passed away unexpectedly from Covid19. She was so cautious and always wore a mask and gloves. She made sure to stay home and took CoVID very seriously. It broke our hearts that the one thing she fought so hard to prevent, took her life. We lost a devoted mother who brought us vegetables from her garden every year and made us beautiful Hmong clothes, stitch by stich. She is known as Grandma Candy to her grandchildren, who will forever miss her treats. 

My mother is the strongest person we know, always giving and asking nothing in return.  We are asking for funeral donations to return her love, so that she can have a proper Hmong funeral to reflect the culture and traditions she held so strongly to. We thank you all for your love and support in our unfortunate circumstances.
