Our beloved Mother, Sister, Grandmother, Great Grandmother

Hi, my name is Rowena Puertollano.

Recently my brothers and sisters lost our eldest sibling, Mary Puertollano. I am creating this fundraiser to help her family with the costs for the funeral, and for her immediate family to come home and farewell her in the right way.

Mary was a well loved, respected Yawuru-Bardi woman in the community. As a caring mother, doting grandmother, compassionate sibling and well-loved friend, we want to give her the send off she deserves.

Mary was an avid West Coast Eagles supporter, life-long Broome Saints member, senior healthcare worker for Yura Yungi and her care was widespread throughout the communities within the Kimberley region. She enjoyed fishing and was at home when she was in country. She was always down to sit and drink an iced coffee, have a good laugh and reminisce on old times.

The family appreciates any and all contributions made to give Mary the opportunity for her family to say goodbye.
