Our beloved Son, Brother, Friend, Alex Alvarado.

Dear family and friends,
We hope that you take a small part of your day to continue reading. On Sunday morning August 20th, 2023, Alex was a victim of Chicago's gun violence. This has left Alex in critical conditions for approximately 3 months.
Alex is a wonderful son, brother, and friend. Alex could put a smile and brighten up the whole room. His energy is like no other, only seeing the positive in everything. Alex has always wanted to be someone that could make a change in the world. He tried his best at school, work, and his relationships with others. Alex is a unique soul: everyone who ever met him knew what an amazing person he is. He is generous, kind hearted, gentle and has. so much to offer to this world until it was stripped away from him.
We are asking for your cooperation for not only Alex, but his family as well. Alex's parents have had to leave work to care for him and his younger sister. His medical bills are a great weight on his family. We would appreciate any donations and would love to mention that no amount is ever too small. If you are not able to donate at this time, sharing with family and friends would make a difference and be greatly appreciated!
-Sincerly,
Ariana, Daisy, & Kathy
UPDATE: It is with great sadness to let everyone know that Alex passed away on November 29, 2023 late at night. Alex will be greatly missed and we pray that he is able to rest in peace. The money raised for him will from now on be going towards funeral costs. We thank you all for your donations and support.
