Our Dad Voy Haig

As the eldest of the family, and with a heavy heart, I have to officially let our friends, family and loved ones know that our dad has a short amount of time in this plane of existence. It may be a few hours, or a few days...we aren't sure. My brother Adam and I are doing everything we can to at least be there for our mum, Hana, during these last few moments, to support her...and that includes thinking about the aftermath. I am definitely a little embarrassed that I can't take care of these things due to our financial situations, but I want to be able to make it is as easy and smooth as possible for the family.

We are raising money for the cremation services and element of memorial for him. We aren't going to have a funeral or any celebration of life event, it's just going to stay within the family. I would like to even have a memorial tree or bench made in his honor over in SB so mum and our loved ones can visit...especially since we are now so spread out from one another.

We have already received so much emotional support and even assistance to help us fly there and be close during the most critical time. So our family is incredibly grateful and lucky to have real people there, when we needed it most at such a sudden and hard time.
