Dear Friends,

My name is Lawrence Edwards and I created this gofundme for Dana Wiener. I was one of Dana’s first childhood dance teachers at her hometown studio. I have also been lucky enough to employ Dana back at her hometown dance studio and work side by side with her. I hope this gofundme reaches every other dance community that Dana has had an impact on.

Dana's passion for dance began as a child and continued to grow intensely when she moved to NYC to attend Joffrey. She has since become a remarkable force in the industry. Her talent and dedication has earned her recognition as a rising star, captivating audiences with her performances.

Dana's impact goes beyond her own achievements. As a dance instructor and performer, she has been a source of inspiration for her students and peers, guiding and encouraging them to become confident and skilled artists. Her teaching methods focus not only on technicality but also on self-expression and resilience.

Throughout her career, Dana has collaborated with renowned choreographers, dancers and performed in prestigious venues. Her infectious energy and unwavering commitment have made her a beloved figure in the dance community.

Unfortunately, Dana is now facing the challenge of Angiosarcoma Cancer. We are rallying together to provide her with the support she needs during this difficult time.
