Our dog sugar needs surgery the end of the month.

Hi! This is my hubby’s dog Sugar. She is his very best friend. She had a knot come up under her eye last week. After taking her to the vet ($430) she will need surgery on the 24th of this month that will cost us between $1000 and 1,500 if nothing unexpected shows up.

As most of you know I just started a new job after being off for 6 months for health reasons. I have signed up for pet insurance through my new job, but it won’t start until next year.

But, Sugar can’t wait until next year.
