We are asking for donations for our friend and teammate, Kevin Koblinski.
At just 36 years of age, Kevin was recently diagnosed with Sarcoma, a rare and aggressive type of cancer.
Kevin has served his community as a member of the Maricopa County Sheriff's office, an officer with the Arizona Department of Public Safety and is currently an Officer with the Department of Homeland Security.
Unfortunately, due to the aggressive nature of his cancer, Kevin will be forced to undergo amputation surgery on his right arm above the elbow. This surgery will take place on Wednesday, November 16th, 2022.
Sadly this disease will cause Kevin to miss a significant amount of work and prohibit him from many activities he loves.
Kevin has a long recovery ahead, and due to his cancer's volatile and aggressive nature, he faces many unknowns.
Post-surgery Kevin will need a prosthetic limb and will need to pay for travel, hospital bills, physical therapy, and other expenses. Even with his regular income (which he will be without), this will come at an enormous cost.
Please join us in showing your support and donating what you can to help Kevin and his family through this incredibly challenging time.
Respectfully,
Anthony L. Costantino
