Our friend Robert "Bob" Downer

Hi, my name is Tanya and with his family's permission, I have initiated this fundraiser in honor of our respected good friend, father and grandfather Robert Downer who left his family and closest little pal without notice.

Bob, as many of us knew him, was one of those people who thought of others before himself and voluntarily put his time, love and, effort into raising his granddaughter which he was doing with all his heart. His ideas of a good time included fishing, camping and spending time with O, and his crazy little dog Ace.

Due to his untimely death this will help offset unexpected costs associated with this life event & hope that with funds left over to aid in the support his grand-daughter Oceania, O or Oshie as he lovingly referred to her.

Some of you may know this genuine soul from his tenure at Waypoint and more recently at The Martyr's Shrine where he established friendships and acquaintances.

Death is never easy for those who are left behind and it is with great hope that this fundraiser will lessen financial burden imposed.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

His family appreciates your kindness.
