Our friend Marc lost everything during Hurricane Beryl

We are a family of four living on a sailboat for six years. We live on a budget, but along the way, we meet other sailors who REALLY live on a budget. One of these people is our friend Marc, whom we met in Grenada three years ago. This fundraiser is for him. Marc was on board his boat on the island of Carriacou during Hurricane Beryl. Carriacou and its neighbor islands were devasted by Beryl. Marc tied up his boat Hoppetossa in the mangroves to seek shelter from the hurricane, which is a common hurricane strategy. But Beryl was another level, and unfortunately, his boat was hit hard by other boats during the hurricane, and now is a total loss. Hoppetossa was his home and all he had, now he is left with more or less only the shorts and the shirt he was wearing. Marc helped us a lot. He is the kind of person who is always there when you need him. Now, it is time to help him. Any amount is appreciated. Thank you
