Our Friends Lost Their New Home

Our friends lost their new home.

Around 1am on Saturday, October 30th, weeks after moving to an unfamiliar city on a new adventure, our friends, Noah and Mecca Shannon, lost their little apartment home and all of their belongings to a fire.

The weight of losing beloved photos and videos, familiar and well-loved furniture, and the feeling of belonging that comes with “home” is far greater than a simple fund can lift. Still, we want to rally around Noah and Mecca to ease some of the immediate logistical needs they’ll have as they begin to reset and recover.

We’re inviting their nearest and dearest to build a fund to help cover things like meals, personal supplies, home goods, furniture, and travel expenses.
