Our Love for Milo

The loved ones of Milo Barrios are asking for help. Milo, age 21, lost his life in a tragic auto accident this week, in Salinas, California. Though Milo's family lives on the West Coast, he was VERY much loved by his  family, here in Jamestown, Rhode Island. 

This talented young musician came to Jamestown and stole the hearts of so many.  Although Milo was always in the best of hands while he was in California, I had the pleasure of being his Rhode island mom while he was living on the east coast.
Southern RI soon became Milo's second home and his RI family continued to grow.  All who were blessed enough to truly know Milo will never be the same. His RI brothers bonded and these young men were ready to grow, reach milestones and live their dreams together as a family.  Milo was their inspiration and their touchstone.  We are reaching  out to help Milo's family with the overwhelming cost of the medical and funeral costs. Thank you for being part of our final farewell. It's yet another way Milo has pulled us together.
