Our Mission to Guatemala 2023
Donation protected
Hello everyone!
This year the girls and I have decided to take our first mission trip together. We are going with NRCC to accompany the Give and Teach program in Guatemala!
I went in 2019 with NRCC and found this mission to be so life changing as we came across many families and children in need of homes, food, clothing and education.
Since then, both of my girls wanted to have the same experience and do God's work on the mission field. However, due to restrictions to COVID 19 and other circumstances beyond my control they were unable to go... Until now! We are finally able to have them accompany the church and I can not wait to teach them the importance of serving others in a third world country.
I would like for them to come back to America understanding the importance of doing God's work and serving others. I also want them to have comprehension of the fortunate lives they live and be grateful for the life that God has blessed them with.
Emma (11) says, " I want to experience what it's like to help people. I feel it will be very life changing to experience what it's like there; to see how they live. Something in my head is saying, 'Go to Guatemala. You need to help people there.'"
Mia (7) says, "I will help children build their homes." And expressed to me she's excited to experience a different way of life.
Any amount, even $5 adds up to help offset the cost for me to take the girls. Should we surpass the cost of the trip, all additional monies will be donated to the Guatemala Well Project bringing clean water to the people in the villages. You can FB group search the Guatemala Well Project to see what that all entails and that it is a legit charity. Or search the following link: https://www.facebook.com/GuatemalaWellSupport?mibextid=ZbWKwL
~~OR TO THE SCHOOL PROJECTS for the Guatemala Children. Sponsorship for the childrens' schooling and supplies is needed and those extra monies will go to that.
Thank you so very much for your support!
