If you've been a shopper in the NYC wholesale market over the last 30 years chances are Mohamed Conde has wrapped your flowers and more than likely gone out of his way to carry them out to your car or approaching taxi. *I like to think it was just for me but I know he's been doing that for many of us for years.

Mohamed has been hospitalized for the last few weeks following a traumatic neck injury that has affected the mobility in his arms and legs. With the full support of his Dutch Flower line family, Mo is showing improvement daily but has a long road to recovery that will surely go above what his insurance will provide him.

Mo has been a shining light on 28th Street and I know I am not alone in wanting to express my gratitude to him during this difficult time. It is important that he know how loved and supported he is by the extended floral community.

I will have a giant card up in the 28th Street location of Dutch Flower Line for everyone to sign and send their best wishes his way. Casper, Edgar and Vinny are visiting him regularly and will make sure he receives it along with the funds collected.

All funds collected here will go directly to Mohamed to help with his recovery care which will go above the continued support he is receiving from his family at Dutch Flower Line.

Let's show this gem of a man how much he has meant to us and that he has the full support of the extended flower market community to support and lift him during this trying time.
