Our Reason Is Sweet Season
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Danielle and I’m a cousin of Season.
Im asking for support to Please Help our sweet Season Herlihy-Rosenblum.
This is a new GoFundMe page for our dear sweet cousin, Season. This is a legitimate campaign approved by her husband Lee.
The week of 7/4/23, we were on a family vacation together in the Catskills where there was a covid outbreak and Season unfortunately tested positive upon arriving home. Two weeks later, Season suffered a left sided hemorrhagic stroke (blood vessels in brain burst) on 7/16/23 and was rushed to the Vassar Brother Medical Center in Poughkeepsie NY., where she had to be intubated and have emergency brain surgery to place a drain to relieve the swelling. The drain was successfully removed 48 hours later, but she remains intubated still fighting for her life! The area of her brain that was affected is responsible for speech which also will affect swallowing, so a feeding tube was placed on 7/19. The Prognosis really isn’t possible until the brain swelling resolves and she wakes up.
Despite being on less sedation, she has not woken up, but some brain swelling is still present so that may be why. She has responded to a nurse by opening her eye, and wiggling her toes, which we are all very pleased with! Currently, she is still considered critical but stable.
The entirety of all contributions will go directly to Season and Lee to help cover mounting hospital and rehabilitation costs, pay their bills and keep food on the table. Your gift is considered by the government to be exactly that; a gift. There are no income tax implications to Season and Lee, and your gift is not considered tax deductible. Any sized contribution is appreciated,
These expenses will be phenomenal!!!
PLEASE HELP IN WHATEVER WAY YOU CAN……
Please share/forward to anyone who you feel may be willing to chip in and help! Thank you so very much!!!!!!!!!!
