Karena’s Road to Recovery

Hello, my name is Ashley and I am raising money for my Fiance's aunt, Karena Fiore. Karena was at the Turnpike Car Wash on route 1 in Peabody, MA, simply cleaning her vehicle on Thursday, 10/27, when she was struck by a pickup truck. During this horrific accident, Karena was pinned between two cars and sustained severe injuries to both her legs. Because of the severity of her injuries, Karena was med-flighted from the scene to a hospital in Boston.

Karena has already undergone surgery on 10/27 that will hopefully save both her legs; however, this is only the beginning of a long road to recovery. Karena will need multiple operations and extensive rehab over the next few months, and the last thing we want Karena to worry about is her medical bills. Karena is also a single mother to her 17-year-old daughter Haleigh and all proceeds raised from this gofundme will go directly to Karena's medical bills to lessen the worry for the both of them.
