Our story of dealing with a traumatic eviction.

Many of you asked if I had a Go Fund Me, and I did not! So I created one. There is absolutely no pressure to donate!

As of now, most of the US and even other countries, has seen my video of my now ex landlord barging in our home and falling out pretending I was attacking her, on 3/2/25. This was all after her “serving” me a bogus eviction notice on 3/1/25 around 12:15pm for not paying March rent yet by 12pm, which I now know was unlawful. I had no idea about the tenant laws with late fees. She came back on 3/2/25 in an attempt to change my locks and was almost successful, however I defended myself and my son, and my senior 12 year old pittbull Maisy (who she threatened to pepper spray for no reason on 3/1/25 while she was just home walking around as dogs do.) Maisy is also my son and I emotional support dog. My son has autism, I have anxiety and depression. I had not had any anxiety attacks in over a year, until that day where you see me gagging on the video. It lasted 7 hours and I went to the ER for treatment that night. I had attacks the rest of that week while I frantically searched for a place to move because there was no way I could stay there!

Fortunately by the end of the week, I found us a place to move to and we packed up and got out of there! Unfortunately due to not having any plan to move so suddenly, all I had financially went to me moving, putting me behind on all my other obligations while still trying to figure out how I’m going to now pay an attorney. I have now retained one thank god! But I’m so grateful for everyone who shared my story and expressed their love and appreciation for what my son and I went through.
