Hi Im emma and have known our darling chris for some time, I have spoken to his darling mum to try and take pressure of the family to give him the send off he truly derserves. Lots of you know Chris from all over the country hes the most delightful young man you could wish to meet, he had heart of gold and truly had the love for his home team Swansea City.

So in honour of the Swans legend, lets share this around as much as we can, donate as little or as much as we can.
