Our sweet Diesel

Hello from the Buckwalter family. About a month or so ago Diesel our Corgi got into a toy and ended up swallowing a piece, getting stuck in his small intestine which ended up in surgery. By the end of it all, it cost us almost $5,000. We paid it with the credit card and still working to pay it off. Well, he started again yesterday the way he started the first time around, puking, not being able to poo. The throw up is bile. We do have to take him in, but we cannot afford another vet bill, especially surgery. He is a healthy 2 year old Corgi. We really, really do not want to put him down. Please if anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated. I really don't like to do this. But we are desperate in saving our Diesel.
