Our Weimaraner Georgia was attacked by a pitbull

Please help us help our Georgia girl! She was attacked on our doorstep and dragged into the street by a pit Bull this afternoon. We had to drive almost an hour to an urgent care to get her looked at because all the vets where we live were full. They took X-rays and they believe the dog punctured her trachea because she has air in her torso around her heart and lungs. This was so traumatic to watch and be helpless. Johnnie tried everything to get the dog to release Georgia and nothing helped, his owner only speaks Spanish and just stood there looking at me while I was screaming at him to come get his dog off of Georgia. All of our neighbors tried to help Georgia, luckily she had a harness on and when they tried to pull the dog off he somehow got more of a grip of that towards the end of the ordeal, johnnie was able to release the harness while everyone else made sure the dog didn't try to attack her again while she got out of the harness. We got her inside and it was like a bloodbath. Our other dog Thor watched the whole thing from the window and was hysterical. They are placing a chest tube and then stitching up her neck. They said the surgery will take about 2.5 hrs. And she will have a long recovery. Because we had to go to an urgent care we were required to put 75% down $3,000! And they said it could go all the way up to $5,000!!! This will pretty much deplete our accounts but as most of you know Johnnie will do anything for Georgia, as most of you would as well. Anyway please say a prayer for our baby girl.
