Joe Decker's Memorial Fund

Hello,
I am Kim Lozeau's sister and I had the privilege of meeting Joe Decker through my sister Kimmy, who has been best friends with him for at least 30 years. In short, Joe Decker became family to my family. Besides all of us who knew Joe, he left behind two sisters Mary Decker Ebbit and Nancy Decker Herman, three brothers, Casey, Peter, and Jack Decker as well as several nieces, nephews and his adorable dog Lovey Chailupa. He joined his mom, dad, and his brother Michael on April 8th in heaven. I have no doubt he is whooping it up and loving all over them. He lived, laughed, touched hearts, made endless memories and simply loved his life in Ormond Beach Fla. He worked at the Rockin Ranch.
We are all devastated at the unexpected, sudden loss of such a wonderful friend to my sister Kimmy and then to our family. His sudden passing has impacted and devastated his family and all of us who knew him. Joey's short time here has impacted countless number of peoples' lives. He was an incredible person LOVED by so many. His humor, larger than life smile, enormous, giving heart, loyal friendship and love given to his friends and family has left a hole that will never be filled. Joey gave so much to all who knew him. Now it is our turn to give back.
This Go Fund Me account is to help pay for his final arrangements and funeral expenses. The funds are needed immediately. Joe is so deserving of a beautiful send off. This will be our final gift that we can all give to Joe. I know that his family members and all who loved him will be GRATEFUL for the money raised quickly to memorialize our friend who has meant so much to us all. One day we will see him again but for now, let's all do what we can to help during this heart wrenching time. Rest in Peace Joe Decker. Feeling like we all have a watchful angel in Heaven.
Donations will be deposited directly to Joe's family so arrangements can be made immediately.

Let us all give to Joe our final gift and be a blessing to his family. Joey blessed us with years of friendship and love, now we can collectively give our love back to him.
