Room For Reactions

“Hi everyone, my name is Amar Khan, more commonly known as Uzumaki Khan online. I create content primarily through reactions to anime, but also like to stream video games from time to time. The last couple of years my immediate family has suffered health complications, which led to me having to quit my job and become a full time caretaker. This made the opportunity to be a content creator such a blessing for me, because not only did it allow me to provide for my wife, children and the rest of my family but also it acted as an outlet for me to rest and get away from all the stress for a bit and have a good time with the community I’ve built up.

Unfortunately recently my wife suffered a heart attack, and had to undergo a heart bypass surgery. Thankfully the surgery was a success and she’s recovering, but she needed more space within the home and I gave my content creation office/room as a room for the kids to stay in so she could have more space in her own room. This has stopped me from being able to create content altogether due to not having a space to work in. Recently my wife’s condition has improved, so I again have time to create content but unfortunately no space to do it in.

I’ve spoken with a contractor, who said he could build me an outdoor office/shed in my yard to create content from. This would allow me to create even more content than in the past, as I would be able to react or stream not only when I’m free during the day, but later in the evenings when everyone is asleep without worrying about disturbing them. Including labour costs, all materials to make a sturdy and safe shed, soundproofing, electrical wiring and set up to the shed, the contractor I spoke with gave me a quote of 15k British pounds. Of course, I will make do with any money we are able to raise.

Now those of you who know me know I would never in my life ask for donations like this if I had any other choice. One of my mods showed me the responses and support the community gave me and it made me cave in, since I’m thinking of my wife’s and children’s future. I’m going to swallow my pride and ask for it to try and have a means of providing for them not only now, but in the future as well. Creating content also helps me a lot mentally, and I want to be in the best mental state I can be for my family.
