Hi I'm Toyin Ajayi,

As an entrepreneur, I have always been passionate about my work. I have poured my heart and soul into building this community from the ground up. Working long hours, sacrificing time with my family and friends to make it a success. But after years of non-stop hustle, I have hit a wall. I am burned out, exhausted, and struggling to keep going. I need a team.

The stress of running a business has taken a toll on my mental and physical health. I have been dealing with anxiety, depression, and chronic fatigue, and it has become increasingly difficult to keep up with the demands of my work. I know that I need to take a step back and focus on my well-being, but I am struggling to do so without sacrificing my business. I’m so appreciative of the astronomical growth we’ve experienced and want to see it continue.

Which is why I need your help in raising funds to help pay some of these bills and hire people to keep this thing going. I am starting this campaign to raise funds to support in making this community better and to take a step back and regroup. With your help, I will be able to take time off to focus on my health and well-being, without sacrificing the integrity of this wonderful community.

The funds raised through this campaign will go towards covering operating expenses, hiring new team members, and any other costs associated with growing Outdoorsy Black Women. I am committed to using this time to implement changes needed based on user feedback and showing up better than ever, with a renewed sense of purpose and passion for my business.
