Support for Ovel and Alannah

On February 23rd, 5 days after his 25th birthday, Ovel Santiago passed away suddenly at his home in Peabody, MA. Ovel's passing is particularly tragic because he leaves behind 2 small children, 3 year old Ovel and 3 month old Alannah. He also leaves behind his girlfriend/fiance of many years and the mother of his 2 children, Melanie.
Their young family has not had an easy go of things from the start and this event in particular will change the lives of all 3, turning Melanie unexpectedly into a single mother, and leaving Ovel and Alannah without their father. As Melanie takes the time to grieve she must also continue to care and provide for her children and help them learn to cope with this enormous loss.
This winter has been cold and harsh for all of us but now this family really needs our support. Let's make a collective effort to do the best we can to provide for these children and their mother, hopefully giving them a couple less things to worry about during this tough time.
