Help Struggling & Vulnerable Women Get Strong

From I was a little girl, I struggled with body image. Even though I was never desperately overweight, I never looked in the mirror and liked what I saw. Like most women, I was highly critical of the reflection staring back at me. I felt unhappy and self-conscious, but I didn’t really know what to do to change it. When I started training for a bikini competition, that’s when the penny finally dropped. I watched my body transform with muscular curves, and I was finally able to get off the dieting roundabout. And with my body transforming, so did my life. As I got stronger physically, I became stronger emotionally. And at 45 years of age, I am now a completely different person. My transformation was so profound and the self esteem I gained so immense. I decided I wanted to help other women experience the same thing. So I created a program teaching women what I did, with enormous success.

Since 2017 my company has sold more than 500,000 programs and we are now the largest bodybuilding company in the world. And every time we launch a new program, we have the most incredible women join, who change their lives through the physical programs and coaching support we are able to offer them. We are more than just a bodybuilding company; we are a family. Many of our customers have been with us since the beginning, with no plans to leave!

However, every time we open a new program, my heart is broken for the women who are desperate to change, but are stuck in a cycle of working to pay their bills and not having enough money to invest. The struggle in these women’s lives is already great, and they really cannot find the money to fund the program and support we offer. We do give away so much for free and many have exceptional success with our free programs and challenges. But there are women that simply need more. They need more regular coaching and emotional support and unfortunatley, that comes at a cost.

That’s where you come in.

I had this crazy idea to start a fundraiser for women like you and me who are desperate to change, but who just cannot make it happen financially. This fundraiser will pay for these women to transform their bodies and their lives. We will use this fundraiser to donate scholarships to the women who truly cannot afford the payment.

They say that rising tide lifts all ships and I believe that together as women, we have the power to create incredible change.

And so I invite you to be part of a movement of women lifting women. You may be struggling yourself and not able to donate anything or even much, and that is completely okay. Each of us is simply doing the best we can. However, if you have something small you can donate, and you yourself have maybe had similar struggles and would’ve loved someone to help you, then it would mean the world to me to have you support these women.

If you choose to donate, we will update this page every single week with names of the women that we have helped support. With their permission, we will also share photographs and updates of their journey. So you can directly see who you have helped to change their life. We will have complete transparency with this program and will be able to provide detailed lists of the women we have helped. We have free communities available for anyone to join, where we will interview these women and share their journey with you.
