Overwhelming dental expenses

Hi. I never expected to wind up in a situation like this. I continue to have major dental expenses. I maxed out my credit cards paying for dental. Because I maxed my credit cards I have been turned down for a home equity loan. I have exhausted all options, I’ve spoken to every place I can think of and some I found on line. I pursued one service that said I needed to give them power of attorney briefly so I closed that site. I really cannot ask my 2 siblings for help. My dental plan only covers certain things and saves me 50%. My teeth are breaking off, coming loose from the jawbone. Can’t work right now, not sure when/if I can. I have an oral surgeon appointment in a few weeks that I will probably cancel since I cannot pay for it. Any help would be appreciated.
