Owen Neff Funeral Expenses

Hello everyone, we unexpectedly lost Owen in a tragic car accident 8/30/22. My mother and I want to give him the funeral services he deserved. Owen’s service will be held on September 2nd, 2022, at Plumly Funeral Home in Barnesville, OH. Any donations made will go directly to the funeral home. My mom and I want to thank everyone dearly in advance as we grieve through these tough times.
