Little Ozzie bear was born with an irregular heart beat which we later learned to be a birth defect called Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA). Although this has never stopped him from being the happy and energetic puppy we all love, without surgery his heart will continue to fail. Anything will help to save his lil heart that reaches so many people ♥️
