The purpose of this GoFundMe is to show support for our dear friends Paulina and Eric Matos. Without getting into the details of their very intimate and devastating experience, we know (and are certain anyone who knows them will also attest) that they are the most genuine, compassionate, selfless individuals who always go above and beyond to support others. It's now time to support our friends in a time they need most. Unfortunately, horrible things can happen to the best of people and having a solid support system is critical during this unimaginable time. While nothing we can do will fill the void in their hearts, we are collecting funds in order to send them on a small vacation to relax & spend quality time together.

As this is an extremely personal and sensitive matter, these efforts are private and only meant to share with the couple's close circle and extended loved ones. We ask that you please respect the privacy of this matter and also not share this with Paulina or Eric. We are aiming to collect funds in the next two weeks to send our favorite couple away by the end of month in time for Eric's birthday and before they return to work. At that time, we will inform them of this collective effort to rally around them and demonstrate they are not alone and so deeply loved.
