Help Zoey walk again

Hello, everyone.
For anyone that knows me, they know that Zoey might as well be my child by birth. When asked to describe myself, the term dog mom is the only thing that comes to mind. She is my partner in crime, my furry shoulder to cry on and the best dog that I could have ever been blessed with.
She has moved cross country with me (twice). She was there for me, and the only thing I had left, when my toxic relationship ended and left me with no job and no where to call home. She was there for me when I was battling the deepest and darkest depression that I had ever experienced. She was always there to lick the tears away.
Unfortunately, Zoey is hurt, and now it is my time to be there for her. She has bilateral tears in her cranial cruciate ligaments. This is the equivalent to a human tearing their ACL in both knees. This has caused her to experience lameness is her back legs and cannot use them without being in pain.
She needs surgery as soon as possible to fix her legs and stop this constant pain. The surgery she needs is called a TPLO, or tibial-plateau-leveling osteotomy. This procedure is quite expensive and I don't have the financial means to afford the repair on both of her legs. This is where I need, and am begging, for your help! The longer she needs to wait for this surgery, the worse she will get.
It would mean the world to me, and Zoey, if you could donate towards her surgery and help to end the pain that she is in.
