Gifts for ALS Families

My name is Chris Rosati. I'm one of the luckiest persons w ALS (pALS). I have access to many things others don't. So, w your help, I'd like to surprise some pALS w gifts that will make their lives a little better.
On the list:
100 Hours of Nursing Care - there are pALS who go weeks without showering. And even for the biggest hearts, caregiving can be an amazing burden when.... there's. just. no. relief. 20 hours for 5 families can help them feel almost normal for a little while.
40 Days of Handicap Van Rental - Handicap vans cost $50k plus. Rental for a day is about $325+. So a lot of pALS never get to go visit a garden, get their hair cut or enjoy a nice meal with a friend on the patio of their favorite restaurant. Imagine 2 days of freedom to go.... anywhere.
Comfortable Shower Chairs - you would not believe what a luxury it is to sit in a warm shower wo being slouched over. Same w using the bathroom.
Adjustable Beds - You ever sit up in bed and read, watch tv or just talk? Most pALS cannot. Bedtime for them means laying flat, no rolling over, no shifting, no tv, no reading. Just isolation and backaches.
I'm hoping to have much of this donated - maybe a few nursing companies will donate 20 hours each. Or Tempurpedic will donate a bed. Otherwise this wish list is well over $40k.
