Hi! My name is Chelsea Clarke, I’m a photographer based in Monroe, Connecticut. Right now I am working on documenting our strong sense of community as we continue to face the COVID19 Pandemic together. 

So for the next few weeks I will be participating in The Front Steps Project, taking "Front Steps Portraits" of Fairfield County residents on color analog film.  After your quick session, I will email you a digital file of your portrait within 2 weeks of our shoot.  In exchange I am asking you to make a donation to Connecticut Food Bank if you have the means to do so. I will be posting these images on Facebook and Instagram using the hashtag #TheFrontStepsProject. Please share to help spread the word!
 
The nationwide purpose of this project is to bring us together when we might feel isolated. I aim to highlight the faces of our community during this time of quarantine and social distancing. Participating in this project is also an opportunity to step up to help those who need it most right now in our community. 

I will be taking images of you out front of your home ONLY and practicing social distancing from at least 10 feet away. Our session will be brief, likely just 5 minutes. All members of your home are welcome, that includes pets too! Feel free to come outside in your comfy clothes - whatever makes you feel good! Just be you.
