Help me save my grandmother.

Hi, my name is Gio.

After receiving devastating news from my family back home in Venezuela this weekend, I am posting this page to ask for help, in truly desperate times.

On Saturday morning, I was told after a few weeks with severe headaches and pain, my Grandmother was taken into hospital for investigations, and she was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm - a bulge in a blood vessel caused by weakening of the blood vessel walls.

For those who aren't familiar with this condition, it's life threatening, and to be blunt, if the vessel breaks, it would almost certainly result in death.

After many difficult discussions with my family in Venezuela, this really is our last resort, as our insurance provider will not cover the surgery, and due to income being so low, our family savings just don't cover the quotes.

So, we honestly have no other option but to beg for help in order to pay for the surgery, approximately $57,000, and help save her life.

The aneurysm is a ticking bomb that could break any second, we are praying and doing everything we can to be able to raise the funds, and give her the surgery she so desperately needs.

Después de recibir noticias de mi familia en Venezuela este fin de semana, estoy publicando ésta página para pedir ayuda, en tiempos verdaderamente cortos.

El sábado por la mañana, me dijeron que después de unas semanas con fuertes dolores de cabeza mi abuela fue llevada al hospital, el diagnotico fue un aneurisma cerebral, un bulto en un vaso sanguíneo causado por el debilitamiento de las paredes de los mismos. Para aquellos que no están familiarizados con ésta condición, es una bomba de tiempo en el cerebro, corriendo riesgos lamentablemente irrecuperables.

Después de muchas discusiones difíciles con mi familia en Venezuela, éste es realmente nuestro último recurso.

Honestamente no tenemos otra opción que pedir ayuda para pagar la cirugía (aproximadamente $ 57,000), y ayudar a salvar su vida.

El aneurisma es una condición emergente que solo se soluciona de forma quirúrgica, la misma, podría romperse en cualquier momento por su condición de hipertensión arterial, estamos orando y haciendo todo lo posible para poder recaudar fondos y darle la cirugía que tan urgentemente requiere.

Sé que puedo ser un extraño, y esto es mucho pedir en los tiempos actuales, pero estamos pidiendo ayuda, y si puede contribuir con alguna donación, mi familia y yo estaremos eternamente agradecidos.
