Kaylin's Medical Fund
Donation protected
On Thursday, January 4th, Grace's 16 year old daughter, Kaylin, was the passenger in very bad car accident. In short, the teens hydroplaned. They swerved to avoid oncoming traffic and went down approx. 40 feet into a ravine, where they crashed into a tree; the passenger side taking the impact. Kaylin suffers 4 neck fractures, a 6 inch laceration from the top of her head descending down her forehead, and the loss of her right thumb (her dominant hand). If all goes according to plan, Grace will be donating one of her toes to Kaylin (to use as a thumb).
Currently, Grace works two jobs - working at least 60 hours a week! (This girl is always at work!) In efforts to help Grace financially during her time off work, a group of friends have decided to set up this GoFundMe page for them. The road to recovery will be long, and the financial impact great, especially if Grace has to take additional time off from both jobs to have surgery.
Thank you all for the continued support and prayers. They are definitely feeling the love and thank you from the bottom of their hearts!
