Team Jacob

Jacob is a 13 year old Omro boy that has overcome and conquered many battles in his life. He was diagnosed with brain cancer at the age of three. Since then he has also battled leukemia. Then received a double lung transplant two years ago.

Jacob is currently in the ICU in New York and is in critical condition. A CMV infection has damaged his lungs and he is fighting for his life.
