Help Me Pay Off my Hospital Bill!!

In October, I was rushed to the hospital to be checked for appendicitis, and now after everything was fine and I was cleared, I'm stuck with this bill and I know I can't afford it, plus without insurance, I'm pretty much out of luck until I can get that situation cleared up...

Tonight, I was given a notice to pay this off and I don't have the funds to cover it and fearing I might get sued or harassed for not paying off the debt...so please, if you can help me in any way you can, I want to be able to pay this off as soon as possible so I don't get into any legal trouble. I have no insurance and I don't have much, anything would be helpful right now!!
