Help Mike Fight Cancer

Hey Everyone! It's Emma, Mike and Suzie's youngest daughter. I decided to start a GoFundMe to help raise funds to make things a little easier for my parents. My Dad hasn't been feeling well for a few months.... and initially we thought it was complications from covid (because most of the tests ran were inconclusive). However, we found out that wasn't the case when my Dad went into the ER (3/11/2024) for a DVT, only to find out he had a mass in his lungs. He has been officially diagnosed with stage 3 Non Small cell Lung Cancer.

Our entire world was turned upside down.

As you probably already know, our family has an extensive history with Sacred Heart..... And I can speak for us all, when I say we have been incredibly blessed with Dad's care team. So many incredible friends/professionals have been there for us every step of the way. We are so used to caring for others.....However, all rules go out the window when its your loved one.

I have been telling my parents "Let people love you" because I have seen firsthand just how much love/support they have shown friends, loved ones, and the community.... And I truly believe that so many wonderful people would love the opportunity to support them in a time of great need.

We are not sure what the future will hold, but I know without a doubt that my Dad is the strongest man I know. And so many people will do anything to support him and my mother during this journey.

So if you have the extra funds (no matter how small) and you feel compelled to donate, it is GREATLY appreciated. And if you can't donate financially, that's totally fine! Please just continue to pray for my Dad's healing, my mom, and Dad's care team.
