Marsha Robrecht Ryen Family Memorial Fund

On Saturday, December 29, 2018, Marsha Robrecht Ryen passed away at the Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg, West Virginia.  While Marsha was an accomplished musician with a career in business, she found her true calling as the stay-at-home mom who dearly loved, and who was deeply loved by, her family.  

In addition to being survived by Jason, her husband and partner of over ten years, Marsha’s memory, influence, and life’s work lives on in the six wonderful children she parented with tireless love and care: Heath (19), Abby (14), Emma (10), Ada (9), Luke (4), and Owen, who will have his first birthday on January 12, 2019.

This GoFundMe is established in Marsha’s memory and for the benefit of those she loved most.  No “Goal” is being set, as nothing can replace a mother’s affection.  However, any and all contributions received will be provided directly to the Ryens for use in the continuing care and education of her children.

The Ryens deeply appreciate the gracious kindness of their friends, family, community, and church; all of whom have provided encouragement, childcare, prayers, and thoughts during the past few months, while Marsha has been in and out of the hospital battling several illnesses, allowing Jason to continue working full time.  All such gracious support, in any of its many forms has been, and continues to be, appreciated.

As you can imagine, Jason is very busy managing the day to day affairs of the home.  It is his wish that the funds  earned through this page be deposited into my personal bank account and then I will provide him with a personal check.  I assure you that your funds will not be misused in any way while in my possession and will be given directly to Jason for him to decide how best to use these generous donations.
