Sprenger Family Fundraiser
Donation protected
On October 11, 2015, Chris Sprenger was putting up a tree stand to prepare for hunting season. Within the matter of a few seconds, his life changed forever when he fell 15 ft. to the ground, fracturing his back and injuring his spinal cord. He was Lifeflighted to University of Missouri Hospital and a few days later moved to Rusk Rehabilitation where he is currently in the process of learning how to lead life without the use of his legs.
Chris is a husband to Amy, a father to 10 year old Ruby, a Navy veteran, and a delivery driver for Central Dairy. He loves hunting, playing with his dog, babying his truck, watching college football, and working out at the gym. Chris and Amy are both lifelong residents of Jefferson City, MO.
There is much work to do. Chris and Amy's house is not wheelchair accessible in its current condition, and Chris's goal is to become 100% independent, which will require therapy, equipment, and modifications to their house. Chris is very determined to meet this goal with the support of his family, friends, and community.
