Pablo Sanders Jr. Fund

Donation protected

Late on the night of December 24, 2019, our beloved Pablo Sanders Jr. was riding his bike and was hit by a car. He was doing something he loved more than anything in the world. And in living his life exactly the way he wanted, his life has changed forever.

Despite the immediate response, Pablo is suffering from life altering injuries and the damage to his brain is significant. He will be in intensive care for a very long time, and the status of his progression will be slow. As his immediate family are still in the wake of this devastating tragedy, it is difficult to say what the future has in store for Pablo.

We are asking for your help to cover the costs of hospital stays, rehabilitation facilities, and 24/7 care for Pablo. We will also need help with housing, transportation, and food costs for the family. Your support to Pablo is one that he would have easily given back. It means the world to Pablo and his family that so many have visited, called, and expressed their love for him. It is time that we now support him and his family during this time of transition.

The family is requesting more information about the accident as they have not received a police report. It is imperative that this information be formal and not hearsay.

About Pablo:

He was born in Kansas City, Missouri and attended Southwest High School. He’s worked in the service industry at more places than one could add to a resume. Over the last decade Pablo discovered cycling, married his bikes, and has been keeping the rubber side down every day.

He’s an incredibly dedicated friend and family member and his ability to bring about a smile on others faces is a skill worth trying to emulate. His philosophies in life are ones of simplicity, equality, and love. In his 31 years of life he has lived a dozen lifetimes. One doesn’t have to look far to see this in the wide array of friends he has.

He is one of the most remarkable people in my life and I know his journey will continue to be no different. Thank you for keeping him in your thoughts and for contributing in any way you can.
