Eduardo Suárez Montana y Cira Picón de Suárez, se quedaron, como muchas otras personas, en Venezuela a raíz de la pandemia por Covid-19 que les impidio regresar a su hogar en Puerto Rico.
A pesar de todas las medidas de prevención y extremo cuidado, se contagiaron del virus.
Estamos hablando de dos personas que después de haber contribuido durante 30 años como educadores y en el Ejército Venezolano, hoy en día no cuentan con un sistema de salud digno en Venezuela que los respalde.
Nosotros, sus hijos, hemos estado afrontando los costos para sus tratamientos, por lo que hoy recurrimos a ustedes para ayudar a solventar los que aun nos faltan por asumir.
Estaremos eternamente agradecidos por tu apoyo.

Eduardo Suárez Montana and Cira Picón de Suárez, like many others, got stranded in Venezuela when the COVID-19 pandemic struck and have been unable to return to Puerto Rico.
Despite all the precautionary measures and being very cautious, they got infected with the virus.
We are talking about two people who, after having contributed for 30 years as educators and serving in the Venezuelan Army, today the state is unable to provide them with a decent health care system.
We, their children, have been making every effort to deal with the high costs of the unplanned medical treatment, so today we turn to you to kindly ask for your support to continue providing the care they so much need during this challenging time.
