Pacific Honor Ensemble Program

Hi, my name is Makoa Lewis. I'm a low-income student from Hockinson High School, I am a full time running start college student, and I work part time. I use the money from my job to cover additional expenses in for my schooling, such as textbooks and music programs. Currently, I'm raising funds to attend the Pacific Honor Ensemble Program, where candidates are selected from the top 20 auditions out of thousands at the Western International Band Clinic. This prestigious event takes place in Brisbane, Australia, and with this comes significant costs. I am the first student from my school to receive an invitation, and it's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to perform in a foreign country as one of 20 representatives from the U.S. Unfortunately, my family is unable to assist with the expenses, and as someone aspiring to major in music, I'm eager to seize every opportunity to improve myself. I am seeking financial support to cover transportation and registration costs for the event. The payments I need to make are due at the beginning of April, and time is running out. Your contribution would mean the world to me and help me pursue my dream of furthering my musical education.
