I need a little help

Where to start. What do you do when you get the phone call that your ex-husband has died? Well, even though we divorced 29 years ago we were still friends and still spoke to each other. Mel had had some serious medical problems in the past month and I guess his body could not tolerate the procedures. He was found in his apartment on a wellness check. I had urged him to make pre-arrangements but he didn't listen. Since we are no longer related by marriage I can arrange to have him buried in the National Cemetery, but I need a little help paying for it. I don't know where else to turn but to people of the sport. Any small amount will help. Thank you all in advance.
