Paige & Germany U20---- World Lacrosse Championships 2024

Hi! My name is Paige, I'm a junior at Bozeman High School, and I've been playing Lacrosse since 5th grade. I started playing with Bozeman's youth program when I was 10, and quickly realized how much I loved lacrosse. Now, I give back to that same program and coach K-2nd graders! Over the years I started getting better and better and fell in love with the process of learning to play this amazing sport. I've played club lax with Timberline LC, Top Left Nationals, and Utah Lynx LC. Each of those programs and their coaches have taught me so much and I'm so grateful for everything they've done for me.

In 2022, we moved to Germany for the second time (my Dad's sabbatical) and I had the opportunity to play on a women's club team in Tuebingen. While I was there, I had the opportunity to go to a U20 Training Camp, which was the beginning of this journey! A few months after that camp I got to play a tournament with them in Spain and learned so much. Unfortunately, I was not selected for the final roster for the European Championships last summer, but that only made me more determined to work hard to make the roster this time. So after a long summer, fall and winter of tournaments, camps, workouts and extra training, I was given the opportunity to go to the Home Internationals Tournament in Wales with the team this April. We played against England, Scotland, and Wales, and it was an incredible learning experience, as well as the final cut for the World Championship roster!

So Now......

I am beyond excited to officially announce being selected for the German U20 team for the 2024 World Championship!! I want to thank everyone who has supported me in getting here so far, including my coaches, family, teammates, and friends. This is an incredible opportunity and I’m so grateful for every part of it.

There is a significant financial commitment in traveling to Hong Kong and spending 2 weeks in August for the World Cup, and I would like to ask for your help in order to make this happen!!
