Paige Miller Memorial Scholarship

Hi, my name is Brandon, and I'm fundraising in honor of my best friend and fiancee, Paige Rumsey Miller. For those that were fortunate to meet Paige, your first thought of her is most likely how funny and goofy she is. If you were having a bad day, she knew how to put a smile on your face. Her passion has been and always will be singing. After high school, Paige went on to James Madison University, where she was a member of the JMU Bluestones, an extremely talented acapella group spanning nearly 15 years at JMU. Paige transferred to Catholic University in Washington, DC and graduated with her degree in Musical Theatre. Throughout my time with Paige, I would hear stories of her directing plays over the summers with children and how rewarding it was to her.

The inspiration for her charity is actually from Paige herself. In a poem written in 2018, she wrote:

Would my smile still linger in the minds of those who loved me?

I Hope

Would the songs I've sung still carry through the minds of those who listened?

I Hope

Would they remember that I loved making people laugh more than laughing myself?

I Hope

Please join us in making Paige's hope a reality and ensuring her voice carries on. All proceeds will be donated to fund voice or guitar lessons for 1-2 children per year in the Annapolis, MD area.
