Hello everyone, I run Whispurring Hope Animal Rescue in Dubuque Iowa; we are a 501C3 nonprofit rescue, licensed in the state of Iowa, we have a small shelter with a fostering oversite program, our calls for animals in need are nonstop! we cannot help them all, but we help

what we can and many of them are in critical need which means our vet bills soar. We give unconditionally to these fur kids and never bat an eye. Our funds have run dry, and we have many that are still in need of vetting, spay, neuter and several are in critical stages of needing

expensive surgeries and any size donation will help make a massive impact.

Our mission is to save animals that are stray, abandoned, sick, injured or struggling to survive on their own and without your help today many will sit and wait, and many will not be able to come in and receive care. Everyday animals are coming into our vet for care through our

fosters or through our recent adoptions. We cover all care up through spays and neuters and our vet bill tally just rolls on. We need your help today! Anyone who knows me or who has come and met me knows I carry a huge weight bringing in, caring for, and placing all these little critters into foster homes and furever homes. We need monetary help with vet bills and donations of direct care items so this rescue can continue to thrive and survive but with bills that run into the thousands we need to slow down or stop and take a breath without your help, this leaves many animals in wait, and this is not a choice we should have to make as Pain and suffering knows no Boundaries. We have a few examples of our medical needs, we have a dog with painful luxating patella’s on both back legs, a dog with severe hip dysplasia that is a puppy and cannot walk and play, we have a kitten that was hit by a car that needs spine and leg surgery and another kitten that was possibly hit by a car and needs x-rays and possible surgery, we have a dog struggling through a paraphimosis problem that we had to have surgery done on and we have UTI’s and URI’s and then our everyday vetting and vaccinations, Spay and neuters and all the items to care for them, the list goes on and on.
