Pajama Mom Beach Run

We stand for moms supporting moms within the community.  That it is okay to not be okay.  Moms can sign up for the run by donating (through this campaign) to the East Toronto Postpartum Adjustment Program. The program is designed for women that have recently given birth/adopted a child and are experiencing episodes of postpartum adjustment. It is estimated that between 10 and 20% of mothers experience postpartum depression that does not go away on its own.

Mom's will run as a united group in our pajama's from the Leauty Light House on the Beaches Boardwalk to Carter's Landing where we will meet our families, spouses, kids, friends, etc. to brunch as one community.    

Families/friends can wait for the moms who are running at Carter's Landing (we booked the second floor of the restaurant). Everyone is welcome to wear their pajama's; spouses, kids, friends, etc. included!    

Note that this is not a race - it's a run. We run together, as a group of Mom's, in support of one another.       


WHEN:  
Saturday May 5th @10am.  Moms meet at the Leuty Lighthouse on the Beaches Boardwalk @10am.  

ATTIRE:
Pajama's 

BRUNCH:
Carter's Landing for Brunch @ 11am.  Adults $25, Kids $12, 3 and under eat for free.    

***The Go Fund Me Page is for donation/run entry fee only.  Families who stay for brunch can cover their own bill directly to Carter's Landing on the day of the event***
