Hi My name is Shaukat Chaudhry, Chairman Al-Anwar Welfare Trust Oban (Registered Charity

We need your generous donations to help those in need as a result of the recent flooding in Pakistan
Over 95,350 homes have perished
This year, Pakistan has seen some of the heaviest monsoon rains in decades.
More than 1,200 people have lost their lives, 30 million people are forced to live without a shelter. The situation is extremely critical, especially in Sindh, Baluchistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Punjab, over 34,000 homes and tens of thousands of livestock have perished. In Balochistan alone, over 1500,000 people are in urgent need of humanitarian assistance, and across all regions, thousands of vulnerable people are facing internal displacement.
The crisis is expected to worsen as heavier downpour is on its way. Reports from authorities have confirmed that 977km of road infrastructure and 61 bridges have been destroyed, which poses an even more severe threat to the lives of thousands of people.
Without access to urgent medical aid, food, clean water, and adequate shelter, those who have fled to higher ground will be at even more risk.
