Pakistan Flood Relief 2022- Baluchistan Province

Dear Friends and Family,

This is an appeal to please come forward and generously help the people of Pakistan who are stricken by flooding. We have our own close family in Uthal within Lasbela District in the Balochistan province of Pakistan. We have heard and seen the impact of flooding, which swept away villages, crops and livestock. People are witnessing the worst flooding in the history of the country.

Flooding in Pakistan has killed more than 1,000 people and affected over 30 million, in a catastrophe that is still unfolding - there are fears the flooding may not have yet peaked.

Following homelessness, availability of food is the major problem faced by many. It is deeply saddening when thinking about the helpless people including children, who are finding it difficult to survive. With no electricity, gas and clean water, there are other issues related to various diseases are on the rise too.

Due to our close links in the Balochistan area, we will be able to reach to people who are struggling at this difficult time. All support is highly appreciated and aid in the form of food packages, cooked food and cash currency will be delivered to flood stricken areas around Uthal.
