Noemi Hammen, 61, and Maria Ramirez, 58, died on April 17th at 7:17PM . This was the horrific news I received on that day at 11:45PM. The two women were not only sisters, but also lovely mothers and daughters; our grandmother is 84 years old and and never imagined she would have to bury her two daughters. Our lives have drastically changed forever. These precious women had their lives taken away prematurely due to senseless and reckless street racing -- and one of the vehicles fled the scene and has thus far escaped justice for this heinous crime. It's so tragically unfair. ANY donations would really, REALLY, help us please. My sister, Natalia Vasquez 31 , daughter of Maria Ramirez, is legally disabled and diagnosed with severe autism nonverbal ; sadly, she will never comprehend what happened to her mother. If anyone is willing to help us recover some of our expenses it will be deeply appreciated and a true blessing.
